Dahar Butler

Dahar Butler is our All In Coach at Evolve Functional Fitness.

All In – is a combined challenge of muscular strength and cardiovascular endurance. Come test your ability to exert maximum muscle effort for an extended period, while the entire body is put to the test. All-out effort, intense fun, for 45 minutes.
Dahar’s mission is to get you to be the fittest and healthiest you’ve ever been, physically and mentally. He keeps his clients coming back for more, and has built a community of lifters.

Deon Rahming

Deon is Evolve’s BootCamp Trainers. BootCamp workouts can vary. They generally include a fairly intense mix of aerobic, strength training and speed elements. A BootCamp workout is essentially a type of interval training, with bursts of intense activity alternated with intervals of lighter activity. Trainer Deon brings the heat when in his class. Deon’s mission as a fitness professional is to help motivate and encourage people to be the best version of themselves.”My passion comes from watching the journey of each client, witnessing their growth, and helping them to develop the courage to challenge themselves day in and day out. There’s real beauty in that for me.”

Lex Fountain

Lex Fountain is a lifelong athlete who first began his career when he was scouted to join a crew rowing program at the age of 15 in 2013. In the years following he would continue his development, competing internationally representing the Bahamas in countries like Brazil, Uruguay, El Salvador, and Mexico. He competed in the Pan American Games Festival, Central American and Caribbean Games and then he would eventually compete in the World Rowing Junior Championships as a part of the first crew to ever represent the Bahamas at that stage. Lex then began his CrossFit training journey in 2017 and has continued doing so since then, also coaching at a local CrossFit box. He plans to carry and lend these experiences to the members of Evolve to help improve their fitness journeys.


Coach Toni comes to Evolve, holding certifications as a Fitness Coach under PTA Global and CPT under NASM. He specializes in HIIT, Tabata, Balance and Stability, and Cardio Kickboxing classes.

Jade Hernandez

Jade Hernandez is both a ISSA Certified Personal trainer and a Swim Instructor here at Evolve. In our studio space, she teaches Strength and Mobility. This class will focus on the range of motion through your joints, strengthening the small muscles we often neglect. She believes mobility plays a massive role in the quality of your movements and preventing injuries. Join Jade in strengthening those hips and knees so we can hit those PR’s !!!!!

In the pool she instructs Evolve Swim Schools Learn to Swim programs for kids and adults. Jade has swam most of her life and absolutely loves teaching and really enjoys watching her students grow in confidence and see their abilities and talents grow as well. Jade holds ASCA level 1& 2 certifications and is CPR/ First Aid trained.

Ashlee Smith

Ashlee Smith is a nutritionist, dance and fitness instructor with 6 years of experience and a Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition and Exercise Science. She enjoys sharing her passion, talent and knowledge with others, which led her to choreographing and dancing backup for Wendi. In addition, she has completed several nutrition speaking engagements as well as fitness commitments in the community with Susan G. Komen and Solomon’s Super Center.

Cheiwah Ferguson

Cheiwah Ferguson instructs Zumba, Junkanoo and Afrobeat here at Evolve! Cheiwah was born into the health industry and has 13 years of experience as a Wellness Coach with Weight Watchers.

Participating in a Junkanoo household, her father who was a “cow beller”, introduced her to the creative science behind the culture at the age of 8. Her informal dance training developed from Junkanoo itself. Fused with her mother’s heritage, the beauty and symbolism in the Ghanaian culture, music, and traditions played a heavy influence in her life as well. These influences are the core of her love for art, culture, and dance.

Cheiwah is an experienced Wellness Coach and a licensed ZIN Zumba Instructor with CPR and AED Certified.


Coach Cle is a Certified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor with a Dynamic personality! She specializes in teaching High Intensity Tempo-based classes. My love for music fuels every class!

Carlos R Jorrín

Carlos R Jorrín, has been teaching kickboxing, band therapy and hydrotherapy at Evolve Functional Fitness for almost 4 years. Carlos has a degree in Physical Culture, graduated from the Higher Institute of Sports Science in Havana, Cuba. He is also a physiotherapy and rehabilitation technician, graduated from the Health Science Polytechnic in Havana, Cuba.

In addition to all this, he was a physical trainer of the Prodanza Cuban Center of the National Ballet School, a physical expropriator of the Cuban Rhythmic Gymnastic Team.

In recent years he has taught seminars and camps with the National Ballet School of the Dominican Republic and with the San Juan Ballet of Puerto Rico.

Carlos is a black judo belt and is the fourth Judo Dan of the Cuban Federation and of The Bahamas Federation.He also holds the title of Sixth Dan of the Cuban Association of Jiu Jitsu and of the International Federation of this sport. Carlos has worked as a physical trainer for The Bahamas Boxing Federation and the Karate ll Federation of which he is a member. Carlos loves helping people to overcome injuries and get physically stronger.

William Saunders

William Saunders has been working in the fitness industry for over 10 years. He is a ISSA certified personal trainer and Zumba instructor. His love for fitness came after the passing of his dad in 2008. During this time fitness was used as an output to help with his dead’s death and to live a healthier lifestyle. William joined Evolve Functional Fitness in 2018 and holds the position of Gym Manager, because of his bubbly personality and people skills he was also given the title “Director of first impression”. You can find him working out at 5am in the mornings or helping clients shake off a few pounds in his Zumba dance party sessions. His favorite workouts are deadlifts and back squats and he absolutely hates burpees. William encourages clients and supports them during their fitness journey by reminding them to take it one step at a time. His favorite saying is,“ to thine own self be true, and to everyone else be you.
